Peer Coaching

Let me say first of all that this is unlike anything we have done at the Crossing before. This is not a program. This is a lifestyle filled with practical "how to" equipping principles for life learning. This is also not a mentoring program. Mentors pass along principles they have learned to help others. Peer coaching believes that God is already at work in someone's life through their unique design and life experience. Working together with a friend of your choosing, you help discern at your own pace the pathway God has called you to walk in. As Tony Stolfuz says "Peer coaching is a multiplying relational structure where two or three friends meet regularly for a clear purpose: to help each other grow." Each person will choose a growth goal that is important for him or her. This is not a heavy handed, top down approach to personal growth. You set your pace, and your friend(s) help you go where you want to go in life.

I have already held several class groups, and the feedback has been amazing! I want to personally invite you to prayerfully consider joining our next peer coach training. Space is limited to 20 people. Here is what you will gain:

1. How to get started in truly fulfilling God's direction for your life

2. How to truly help others

3. How to really experience genuine accelerated personal growth

4. How to build great friendships and authentic relationships

5. How to solve problems without telling someone what to do

6. How to ask meaningful and powerful questions

7. How to improve your listening skills

And these are just a few ways you WILL grow.

Watch for the next offering of this class.  It's a great opportunity to grow in your interpersonal skills, to grow personally and to help someone else do the same.
