Healing & Recovery Volunteers

There are many opportunities to serve the Lord in our Healing and Recovery Ministries.  As notated below, you will see that some opportunities require the volunteer to be a church member (M), some require completion of Safe Sanctuary training (SS), and others have no such requirement. 

Celebrate Recovery

Call Ruth Hendrickson at 215-493-5080 if you are interested in volunteering for this ministry.

Small Group Leaders

Volunteer to facilitate a small group at the Celebrate Recovery meeting using the Celebrate Recovery model.

Worship Leader

Become a part of a rotation of worship leaders for the weekly Celebrate Recovery meetings.

Intercessors

Intercede on behalf of people desiring to become free of addictions, hurts, habits and hang-ups.

Celebration Station

Leaders

Volunteer to work with this children's program, which complements and meets at the same time as Celebrate Recovery.  (M) (SS)

 

Mashah

Healing Rooms

Intercessor

Volunteers intercede for those coming for prayer and those on the prayer team during prayer sessions. Through prayer volunteers offer the healing power of Jesus Christ.

Prayer Minister

Volunteers welcome those coming for healing prayer in the love of Jesus Christ and the anointing of the Holy Spirit. Through prayer volunteers offer the healing power of Jesus Christ. (M)

Receptionist

Volunteers greet those coming for healing prayer in the love of Jesus Christ and anointing of the Holy Spirit. Volunteers guide those coming for prayer through the process of obtaining prayer, and maintain minimal ministry records. (M)

Soaking Room Monitor

Volunteers offer the healing power of Jesus Christ through silent/soaking prayer.
Volunteers intercede for the entire ministry and oversee the soaking room during operation. (M)
