Ongoing Ministry Opportunities
Kensington
A monthly outreach to Kensington takes place the last Saturday of the month. Join a team from the Crossing as they feed those who Jesus might have referred to as "the least of these" (Matthew 25). You may want to consider donating to the pantry. If you are interested in ministering by serving or donating food, preparing meals, or praying, contact Rosemary Carroll for more details: .

Local outreaches
We have teams that go out into our local community to serve in evangelism. These ventures range from service-oriented outreaches to prophetic evangelism (treasure hunts) and anything else we can think of to impact people with the Good News of Jesus. If you're interested in joining us as we go, be sure to .
Job Fair
Each year in June we sponsor the Greater Philadelphia/NJ Job Fair at our church. Our hope is for this event to be a practical means of helping many people in our community who are out of work. We are also desire to help companies find the qualified candidates they are seeking. All participation is at no cost. More information, including how to register, will be available on www.njpajobfair.com.
Missions
Short-term Mission Trips
The Crossing has several members from our church who work as full-time missionaries overseas. Each year we seek to send teams from the Crossing on short-term trips to visit and support our missionaries. If you are interested in a short-term mission trip, please contact Pastor Pierre.
Current Missionaries
The Crossing supports full-time long-term missionaries in several countries. Below are two of our international missionary couples, as well as our PA/NJ missionaries.
Paul and Donna Tocco, missionaries in Kenya for 16 years and founders of Word Ablaze Ministries. With a passion to see lives changed by the power and love of Jesus Christ, their work includes outreaches and refugee minisry to Kenya and Tanzania, teaching, preaching, and showing God's love to the people of East Africa.
Eric and Corinne Gokcen, working with CURE International. Eric is Chief Orthopaedic Surgeon and Medical Director of Ethiopia Children's Hospital, while Corinne does evangelism, prayer ministry and teaches English at an HIV orphanage. Their focus is to love the people of Ethiopia with the love of Christ.
Jim and Jenifer Snider, along with their family, ministering to the physical and spiritual needs of homeless, needy families through Cast Your Cars Ministry in the Kensington section of Philadelphia, PA. Offering food, water, clothing, and the life-changing gospel message, their desire is to "Reclaim, Rebuild, and Capture the Heart of the City and put it back in the Body of Christ".
Eric Duncan, serving as Campus Staff Member for InterVarsity Christian Fellowship at The College of New Jersey. Eric is working to plant a culture of intimacy at TCNJ, teaching students to work from intimacy, not for intimacy. He loves to see students meet God, fall in love with Him, and see their own college as their mission field.
Christine Loesser, serving as the Staff Team Leader with InterVarsity Christian Fellowship at The College of New Jersey. Here, she oversees a vibrant, growing community on campus. Her desire is to see all ministry at TCNJ flow from a place of intimacy with God. Christine loves seeing student leaders empowered to go out and "be Jesus" and be missional on campus. Each May, she is thrilled to commission TCNJ's graduating seniors, as they are sent out into the world and the workplace, to be a force for good and for God!
